It is compensated by our company in case of damage or loss of shipment during transport.

To the extent that there is loss or damage by our company, documents related with compensation are immediately demanded from our customers and the compensation shall be concluded following actions within 15 days of having been sent of these documents.

In the event of appearing of damage after delivery to the recipient and as soon as our customer informs us about this situation via any way (notice via appeal personally, internet site, social media, e-mail), investigations are immediately started, it is confirmed whether this damage happens during transport or not, compensation documents are requested from our customer and this compensation shall be concluded following actions within 15 days of receiving the documents.
